Ever since I was a little girl
I felt like I didn’t belong
Life is not easy
I DID NOT LET MY DIFFICULTIES DEFINE ME AND FOUND HELP IN THERAPY
I know how difficult it is to sit in front of a stranger to tell them your most intimate things, your vulnerabilities and the stories you don’t dare to tell anyone. I have been there!
I learned to focus my energy through discipline and self-motivation to develop and grow on my own, following my intuition and my own path.
My professional path
STARTED AS A PSYCHOLOGIST
decided to become a lifelong learner to explore new approaches, to learn from different cultures, and to embrace diverse professional perspectives.
- Bachelor’s in Psychology – Andrés Bello Catholic University, Venezuela
- Master’s in Education and Sexual Therapy – University of Alcalá, Spain
- Master’s in Systemic Therapy – Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain
- Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy – Our Lady of the Lake University, United States
These studies have equipped me with a deep understanding of complex situations and dynamics, along with a unique ability to navigate differences in expectations, whether explicit or not.
A harmonious dance between adapting and integrating
It took time, modesty and resilience
Over the years, in my personal life (personal and professional) I have developed a collaborative, respectful, natural, down-to-earth and even a little innovative approach to finding a way to connect with others, challenging ideas and preconceived concepts, to help them develop their own internal resources and capabilities.
I look for creative ways to integrate differences and make change happen at any level so that previous strengths emerge as new skills and strategies that are easy to apply.
